World Silver Champions 2010
CONGRATULATIONS to our RCN's Bruce Delaney team of Rick Bachand, Duncan Jamieson and George Mitchell for getting the Silver Medal at the recent 2010 World Seniors Curling Championship held in Russia. They were undefeated in the round robin, they defeated Australia in the semis and they lost their only game in the finals in an extra end against the gold medal team representing the United States. The Navy team were the 2009 National Canadian Seniors Champions and earned the right to represent Canada at this world tournament. They represented our country, our province and our Club with some great curling and good sportsmanship. Well Done Guys!!!!!!
