Scotch Doubles

Rules for Scotch Doubles

  1. Two people make up one team. Teams alternate throwing last rocks.
  2. Six ends will be played per game.
  3. The skip starts off in the house.
  4. The partner throws four stones alternating with the opposing team as in regular curling.
  5. Then the skip and her partner switch places, with the partner in the house while the skip throws her four stones.
  6. The person in the hack can watch the line while the person in the house sweeps or vice versa. Its your choice. You can choose not to sweep at all if you wish.
  7. Games will be played for win, loss or tie as in a double Round-Robin format.
